--An hour piece, where you start at a 20spm @ a 2:25 split for the first half hour, then move up to 22spm @ a 2:15 slipt for the next 15 minutes, then 24spm @ a 2:12 split for the next five minutes, then 26 split for the next five @ a 2:10, then 28spm @ a 2:05 split for the last five minutes.

Favorite Rowing Memory: 

--There are two. One- The mixed 8 400, sprint my novice year in Topeka with Collin, Wubbles, DeNucci, Matt McCann, Kelly, CJ, Maren and myself.  Natalie Coxing.  We won gold!  It was Collin's last race, and the boat just flew.  Best feeling I've ever had in a boat! Second- Finishing the Million Meter Challenge!

If you could be any superhero who would you be and why?

--If I could be any superhero, I would be Wonder Woman because her outfit is basically the American Flag.
